This Marlin Spike is awesome for knot work on rope and paracord. It's also useful for other daily tasks you might run into while carrying it. It's very light and compact so adding this to my everyday carry was not an issue. The titanium clip keeps it secure whether I decide to carry this in a shirt pocket, pant pocket, or even in a pocket organizer...
I ordered a couple mystery boxes that arrived missing these. When I reached out about the issue I was given a credit to account for ordering 2 plus shipping, about the amount to buy a backpack. I got the backpack, and it was wrong but very nice.
Great product works for than just rope work.
The a fine tool but think the head would be better fit in hand if it were a spherical ball. The tube vault is a practical sheath however it arrived perforated/punctured from shipping from California to Maine. Titanium beats plastic but foam padding would have prevented this.
It's works great for when I'mworking with ropes and it's been more useful as a pry bar
